I cannot say enough good things about Tri-21 Roofing and Construction. Matt went above and beyond every step of the way. He came out after hours and on a weekend to access our damage. He handled the communication with the insurance adjuster, which saved me a lot of time. He also cares about the safety of his team. Our Roof might be on the larger side than most 😊 He rented a lift to make it easier and safer for his team. No matter if they were on the roof or on the lift they all had harnesses on. They did the 7k sq ft roof in 2.5 days. I was super impressed with how clean they kept the site during the process. They were helpful, honest and did an amazing job! We love our new roof!

Matt and Leah worked with us for nearly a year to help communicate with our insurance company that did not want to cover the cost for our full roof replacement after Hurricane Ida. Once we finally got the approval the work was scheduled very quickly and completed in one day! The crew was very respectful of our property, cleaned up everything nicely and of course the roof looks beautiful. I even got a call more than a month later that they wanted to come back to make an improvement since they’d learned a new practice recently and thought it would benefit us in particular. Salesman promptly responded to my request to assess the wind damage to my roof. It was just a couple missing shingles from hurricane Laura. Although there was no damages or leaks they were able to come out and replace the missing shingles for a very affordable, fair, and honest price. Can not recommend Tri-21 enough! Tri-21 recently replaced our roof and we couldn’t be happier! It was our first time replacing a roof and Matt helped guide us through the entire process. From selecting shingles to scheduling installation, the communication from Matt was always prompt and helpful.
